- Support with meal preparation to ensure proper nutrition
- Support with preparing shopping lists and taking inventory of shopping needs
- Support with intentional and purposeful shopping to stay within designated budget
- Support with budgeting for food, bills, clothing, recreation, and lifestyle needs
- Escorting to appointments and shopping while teaching responsibility
- Supporting the youth to maintain a clean-living environment, which includes making beds, laundering, and tidying their rooms
- Mending, sewing, and ironing clothes for proper care
- Prompting and supervision with healthy personal hygiene
- Support with accessing welfare benefits and filling out appropriate forms to maintain a healthy, self-sufficient lifestyle
- Ensuring bills, debts, etc. are paid in a responsible and timely manner
- Support with opening a bank account for financial health and budgeting
- Support professional help and liaising with other agencies where needed
- Support training, education, and employment opportunities to create a responsible and sustainable lifestyle
- Support recreational facilities for well-rounded activities
- Support specialist counseling services to support emotional and mental health needs
- Registering with GPs, dentists, opticians, etc. for optimized health
- Arranging and attending appointments as necessary
- Liaising with social workers, doctors, chemists, etc.
- Health and safety advice on kitchen and home operating and maintaining kitchen equipment safely
- Advise on fire safety, food hygiene, and storage for safe and proper health
- Arranging for repairs and servicing of personal equipment etc.
- Monitoring and supervising the use of medication through prompting to create healthy medication routines
- Arranging prescriptions and medication collection from chemists
- Dealing with emotional difficulties (informal counseling)
- Supporting with organizing social events and regular house socials

Specialist Services:
One-Stop Information Service
The one-stop information service will provide impartial information and signposting to a wide range of local, regional, and national services. The service is free, confidential, and open to all young people.
Sexual Health Facility/Clinic
The sexual health clinic will provide free and confidential advice, information, and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs). The clinic is open to all young people.
NHS Walk-in Health Center
The NHS walk-in health center provides free and confidential advice, information, and treatment for a range of health conditions. The center is open to all young people.
Accident and Emergency
Services
Accident and emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is free and open to all young people.
Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Misuse Services
The alcohol, drug, and substance misuse services provide free and confidential advice, information, and treatment for a range of alcohol, drug, and substance misuse problems. The service is open to all young people.
Mental Health Services & Emotional Well-Being
The mental health and emotional well-being services provide free and confidential advice, information, and treatment for a range of mental health and emotional well-being problems. The service is open to all young people.

Floating Support
We understand that some of our clients may benefit from having additional support in their daily lives. For these clients, we offer floating support services. This service is provided by a team of qualified staff who can offer assistance and guidance in a variety of areas, including:
